We have a legal obligation to supply goods that conform to their description on the website.
WHY DID I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION THAT I CANNOT PURCHASE THE SELECTED PRODUCT?
We may choose not to accept your order, in our sole discretion, for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions when we may not accept your order are: we are unable to obtain authorization for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a specific item; the ordered item is sold out; the ordered item does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT I HAVE ORDERED?
After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is a confirmation of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
DO YOU KEEP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVATE?

DOES DAMELIA SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We can only ship to one address per order. If you want to send your purchases to more than one address, we suggest you place a separate order for each destination.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the package you will also find a picture of the product before it is shipped. If it shows differences, please let us know so we can fix the situation and talk to the courier! Any situations will be resolved, you can contact us through the form or send us an email at dameliacouture@gmail.com
