To make a purchase on our website you do not need to register. You can proceed to checkout as a visitor if you don’t want to open an account. In order to use some of the services and features, you will need to create an account with us. To be notified of any promotional offers, discounts and/or special events, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter. You do not need to create an account to subscribe to our newsletter, but you can opt to do so after creating an account and logging in. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current. and complete in all respects. The account password you provide must be unique and kept secure. You must immediately notify dameliacouture@gmail.com of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

Acceptance

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and DAMELIA will be completed when we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we do not obtain payment authorization; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the ordered item is out of stock.
We may refuse to process and thereby accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party due to the withdrawal of any product from the site at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold.

 

Eligibility

In order to make purchases through the site, you are required to provide your personal data. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. In addition, when you order items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide when ordering are both valid and correct. Our Site is only available for use by persons who meet our eligibility terms and have been issued a valid debit/credit card by a bank accepted by DAMELIA and whose applications are accepted by DAMELIA.

 

Pricing policy

Prices are indicated in LEI including VAT.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control, as these are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be billed to you directly from the designated shipper. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before completing your purchase. DAMELIA is not responsible for any delays in goods that have been detained as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.

On the DAMELIA website there is a function to view prices in EUR and USD via the Currency Converter tab in the shop section of the website. The currency converter is directly linked to XE and the rates used are real-time, however product prices in currencies other than LEI are indicative only. The rates used will vary and depend on the spot rates applied by your credit card/account provider.

DAMELIA will not provide a price adjustment for items originally purchased in a sale or any other promotion that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted or discounted price, no price adjustment will be offered if a new sale or price reduction follows.

 

Payment

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order confirmation email. You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to DAMELIA, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, we take reasonable care, so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep your order and payment details secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss that you you can if a third party provides unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

By card
Payment can be made with Visa and Mastercard cards and through Paypal. Debit and credit card payments are processed through MobilPay, a 3D-secure payment gateway provider. For more information about Mobil Pay, please see https://www.mobilpay.ro. PayPal is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. When you process your purchase online and select PayPal as your payment method, you will be transferred to the PayPal website where the transaction will be processed. With Cash on Delivery
Cash payments are only available in Romania and are processed by FanCourier.

 

Delivery

DAMELIA will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and stock availability. If a certain product is not in stock, we can make it exclusively for you, to the extent that it is not mentioned in the Unique Products category. To offer you the safest and most efficient service, we have chosen FanCourier free deliveries for Romania. We use DHL for international deliveries, in this case the transport costs are borne by you. Shipping cost varies depending on shipping country and number of items ordered. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from us, along with details of how to track your order. Please note that these services may not be available on holidays and pre-holidays. Please also note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and DAMELIA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at destination.

DAMELIA insures each purchase only for the period it is in transit. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the goods purchased is transferred to you.
TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can check the status of your shipment one or two hours after receiving the email using the link provided.

SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries are handled by our affiliated couriers FanCourier and DHL. All shipments sent by DAMELIA are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once shipment and a written acknowledgment of receipt have been received.

In case of returning a damaged product at the product-return, the payment of the damages falls on the buyer, in this case the money returned is proportional to the value of the returned product
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment. Please note that in some areas of the country and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Items must be returned in their original condition with all clothing tags attached. This is also to ensure that the item(s) reach us back in a proper and undamaged condition. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Please note that we may not refund items that are sent without return documentation.
