Repayments


If you want to return the products ordered from DAMELIA, please contact us at the e-mail address dameliacouture@gamil.com mentioning your first and last name and the order ID as a reference to the subject. We are at your disposal for all the details you need in case of a return.
General conditions
According to UOG No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, the customer benefits from the right of return (withdrawal from the contract) under the following conditions:
• The customer has the right to return a product, without having to justify the decision, within 14 days, starting with the day on which he took physical possession of the product. In this sense, the customer will have to inform the seller about the return operation by email at dameliacouture@gmail.com mentioning the Name, Surname, telephone number and the item purchased and send the return form to the address mentioned above.
• The product must not be used and must contain all elements in the original condition in order to be resold as a new product. If the product shows signs of use or elements have been removed that make it unfit to be sold as a new product, the recall cannot take place.
• Products with changes are not accepted for return. The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the products.
• The product must be accompanied by the tax invoice, receipt and any other documents that have been sent to the customer.

 

Parcel return and refund


The product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with the original label and tags
The customer will bear the delivery costs and is responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, and in this respect will bear the difference between the purchase price and the reduced price. The customer must ensure that the courier company with which he sent the return package to the location indicated by DAMELIA delivers it to the recipient within 14 days.
Please make sure you use a registered courier or service to send the goods back and we suggest you insure the goods as they are in your care and you are liable for any damage in transit back to us. In the event of a dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of the return, such as a postal receipt or covering letter. Returned items not accompanied by a completed return form and RAN will not be accepted.
DAMELIA will contact you within 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued provided the returned goods meet the conditions listed above. If you paid via Paypal, any transaction fees that may apply will not be refunded as these fees are charged by Paypal and not by DAMELIA.
The seller will postpone the refund until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale. Reimbursement of the amount of money is made only to the client’s account and cannot be made to accounts belonging to third parties.
The shipping costs charged for the initial delivery and for the return will not be reimbursed in the case of the return.
